coLinux - Native Windows Linux

coLinux is a Linux that can be installed in Windows without the likes of VMware.
It is much faster and the project has just found a spnsor so it will soon be for 64bit too. You get a terminal in Windows and .... then ...what?
It will probably not run a DE yet and probably not an Apache server either.
It is supposed to be handled remotely via SSH so some kind of services must be available.

This is a Windows program and can be downloaded here.
But as a Linux installation it probably is useless, and I am very unsure if it will be able to promote Linux in any way. I think this program will contribute to prejudices regarding Linux being a cryptic system.

It will be interesting to see how it develops though.
Manjaro 64bit on the main box -Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz and nVidia Corporation GT200b [GeForce GTX 275] (rev a1. + Centos on the server - Arch on the laptop.

I have very little respect for Linuxes that co-hort with the enemy.

No wait - no respect.
I'd rather be a free person who fears terrorists, than be a "safe" person who fears the government.
