Although I don't understand the post, where it says that 32-bit for Linux will be out soon because they post it in that same post, but 28.0.1.1550.0 of SrWare Iron's browser was released today.
I tried the tarball, but the executable for it isn't working with the error:
Code: Select all
[galynda@galynda iron-linux-64]$ ./iron
./iron: error while loading shared libraries: libudev.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directoryNormally, when an error happens in their tarball, it's across the board in their rpms and deb files. Before I was always getting a libbzip error when trying to execute the tarball or install the rpm.
Major fail for me for a while, so I'm not using it much any more, in fact haven't for a good while now (I get this in other distros too). If I use a browser like this it's google chrome now, which I hate to use for obvious reasons.
If you can get it to work, more power to you.
Edit to add: I've always tried linking these things, like linking libudev.so.1 to libudev.so.0, as I did with the libbzip error, but it never works.
