If you have removed software but have left the config files - Mundus will detect it for you. You can delete them and set Mundus to do an automatic backup first - or you can do a manual backup in Mundus.
You will find Mundus in AUR for Manjaro and Arch. If other distros do not have it in the repos here are the install instructions:
