Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Available for Download
As promised, Microsoft yesterday released Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7. Microsoft says that the Service Pack does not contain any new features but only bugfixes and some performance improvements. Some of the most notable improvements in Windows 7 SP1 is:

* An update that fixes a problem that causes connected HDMI devices to stop working after restarting the computer.
* Improved printing of XPS documents.
* New behavior when the user chooses to recover folders at next login.

Windows 7 SP1 includes all the security updates released for Windows 7 to date. On a normal update it contains about 750 megabytes data for the 32-bit version, and about a gigabyte for the 64-bit version of Windows 7.

Go get it if you dare.
