 | Out of 9 - nine - claimed infringes in the Motorola products the International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled that Motorolas products infringed on 1 -one- of them. It relates to how mobile devices process meeting requests via email. The big mystery remains: While Microsoft has invented everything - why have they produced nothing?
The mobile phone war goes on and every body is swinging at everybody. HTC has supposedly used Apple technology. Microsoft's claim of Android infringement has been exposed by a company that did not cave in on the Microsoft "shut up" deals, but still a lot of companies have gotten an offer they can't refuse. In short: a normal day in the mobile patent war. Why can those stupid people not understand it? If it is successful - Microsoft invented it! How hard can it be? |
