Windows head leaves Microsoft

Steven Sinofsky the man behind Windows 7 and 8 and Surface is leaving Microsoft. This looks a bit like bad timing in a critical phase, But Microsoft do acknowledge Steven's great effort for the company also in the function as the technical advisor of Bill Gates. And Steven is full of admiration for Microsoft.
So that is why he is leaving.....
Nothing more to clear up here.... except; is it at all possible to pronounce his name without being drunk?
