Win 8 criticized by interaction expert

Jacob Nielsen is a Doctor in the field of Human/Machine interaction. That makes him very qualified to have a view on Computer interfaces - and he is slaughtering Windows 8.
Now Mr Nielsen has nothing against Microsoft and he does like Windows 7.
But Windows 8 is a disappointment and certainly not the "next big thing": Here is why
