Yup, they sure have. It seems Win 8 is so crappy that they're using 8.1 to further placate the users of the OS: http://www.eweek.com/enterprise-apps/sl ... users.html
Well Windows 8 is crap - because it reduces Hardware functionality.
It is one thing to have a secure boot - and entirely another thing to exclude the owners from installing other OS's
Like Windows 7 or Linux....
