It looks like this one is set out to compete with both MacBook and iPad. In general it always seemed like a good idea to make a laptop both tab and lap by simply having a removable keyboard.
Winning over Apple's loyal fans is a tall order ...Interesting times..

Yes Asus transformer looks pretty much like this one. But it is new from Microsoft
