installed and running dream linux 4 beta on my inspiron e1405
dual core 2.4 ghz proc, 2 gig ram, 160 gig hdd. broadcom wireless.
install was easy and configuring dvd playback was easy
this is a debian distro and has a lot of repositories for software aupport
all in all it´s a nice distro with a mac like display (all the widgets at the bottom of the screen)
a good one for a new user to try or a mac user would feel comfortable with this distro.
