when i go on kopete dont shown any device

Do you have 64bit or 32bit Kubuntu?

nope i am using x86_64
from dmesg the problem is

There's your problem. You'll need to see if there are Linux drivers that came with the webcam, and install them.

here. It appears you need libwxgtkx.x-dev, or libwxgtkx.x-dev; I'm assuming these will be in your repos.
