Italy fines Apple for misleading consumers

Good design is not enough. The stores may look fancy but the customers are treated badly and not according to the rules, Also in Norway Apple has had a tendency to ignore the legislation.
Now Apple is fined 900 000 euro for "bad commercial practices that harmed consumers".
Apple had given "unclear information on payments for additional assistance offered to consumers" and the company had not "fully implemented the two-year guarantee by the producer," it added.
