Apple Infringes three patents with the IPhone, Jury Says.
They were dragged to court bu a company called Mobile Media Ideas. This company is owned by Sony,Nokia and a company that licenses mpeg patents. Sony is going for Android and Nokia is a Microsoft partner.One of the points where Apple was convicted was regrading the camera,
It will be very interesting to see what Samsung can make out of this. This verdict does make Apple look bad after their self-righteous argumentation in their case against Samsung.
