This morning I woke up, and my legs were an inch all the way around larger from swelling. Been very painful and stiff all day, and it seems no matter what I do the swelling isn't coming down. Can't go to the doc's right now.

Please send some white light or positive thinking that this will pull back down soon. It's interfering with job functions at work (not good).

See if you can get your hands on some fish oil (It is called "Tran" here. Look for Omega3. if you can't find it) and take a spoon full every day. It will do wonders for your system. The escimos have no problems with stuff like that, because they naturally take it.
It tastes like shit - but it sure is healthy for the joints and the blood system. If you can't get that, then replace it with a spoon full of virgin olive oil. And please do not disobey this one again: STOP SMOKING!!!!
Replace the smoke with chewing tobacco or something. Inhaling a load of tar and CO is going to kill you.
On the positive side: death must have a reason - eventually it does not matter what we take, we are all going to die anyway

I'm already taking a ton of fish oil and flax seed oil, along with calcium and hi-vites, vitamin c, potassium, zinc, etc.

Good for you. I presume you only forgot to mention that you have stopped smoking (I know you can - you only have to use that famous stubbornes). Even I managed to stop smoking, and I am not half as stubborn as you are.

I know about output readings. i was talking about a global wireless brainwave I/O system ^^ would have been neat
Actually i think there was a scientist holding a presentation at the gathering this year about game programming with the use of brainwaves as the controles
