LOL. May have to see the doc in the end with this. Just found out yesterday after speaking with my daughter that it could be croup and strep. She and my grandson are on quarantine 'til Monday... She said it was possibly brought on by pneumonia.

Feeling a tad croupy myself, chesty cough too. Drippy all over the place. :( We'll see what happens. Until then, lots of juice and fluids in general. I'm only eating as I feel like it.

It's a spaghetti & salad day here in about an hour and a half. Home-made all 'round.

Salad, Grilled Chicken, Mozzarella Cheese, Croutons with a dash of Extra Virgin Spanish Olive Oil (the best tasting Olive Oil there is) and Sea Salt. :A

Never got my spaghetti or anything else. Daughter called with an emergency, and I had to drop everything for that. Still dealing with it. Maybe I'll get to eat someday again, who knows.

It is a crime to skip Spaghetti :T That goes for spaghetti Bolognese of course. And if you do not have a Red Wine to go with it you risk excecution :gimme

Yup this is the one to make:
Brun lapskaus
This lapskaus is like a thick brown stew with beef. Brown gravy adds to the potato base and it is generally so thick you can eat it with a fork.

And no such thing as a leftover in it here! Goes perfectly with Beer and Aquavit or Red Wine. Onions celery Potatoes beef carrots ++
