Putin and Linux

 | One year ago Putin decided to put all federal Computers on Linux. It was to start in the second quarter of 2012. By now there must have been a decision regarding Software/distro . It does not look like Mandriva got the deal. So has anyone heard something regarding this? Has it drowned in Russian bureaucracy or in Russian Vodka? Does anybody know anything?   |
