I believe p7zip in Linux is the command line version of 7zip so that is almost the same on both Windows and Linux.

Ok then.

Ubuntu will be running under Windows.

and Oracle's Virtualbox (it is recommended to install it on Linux and run Windows - including Windows 10 - in it there so you can have both)
