Im going to start listing some free education sites for various topics
Im a great believer in education.
to start with:
here is a free education site for industrial electrical courses offered by the siemens corp.
you can download the pdf's to study or do the course online.
study the pdf's and take the tests online , you can then print the certificates (after each test)
these are some great and informative courses.
