Well, that seems very cool, user-friendly, and powerful. I've never heard of Slade, before. Image

As I look, there, I see download buttons and wonder about the whole copyright/file-sharing thing? Image

What? I am not aware of a download button! I am only demonstrating the functionality of the software and playing music loud enough for anyone to hear.
I have paid for it +1 (I paid for Slade in 1974 - and back then it was my entire fortune....But worth it for an angry youngster with energy and attitude.)
Here is the renewed link since it is time limited.
Ah yes I just discovered the download button.... Do not use it if you have not bought the CD. Those software makers never get anything right - making a download button hrumph :naughty:
You can safley play Bergatt - I know the artist and he is very nice. He will forgive us for making him Famous in America +1

I might have missed and tried one to many times on some ports so the server went down for a while, dunno If that can have caused it.

Mostly I suspect some odd signs inside your spoiler - checking it out.....

What Rolf was trying to say:
Yes, there are some artists who are not so concerned about monetizing every note of their composition that is played. The interests that are most protected are those of the large stakeholders, like Sony.

Sockso is fun and there ought to be a little sharing of the music you buy with friends and family. Not too far OT, I hope, is a recent similar experience I had while at my brother's in Bend, OR. He's the Building Official of Deschutes County and of another who can no longer afford their building department. He told of his subordinates frequently voicing the not uncommon "weapons of mass destruction" propaganda about gay marriage leading to marrying animals, if it is legalized. I have a dvd of a comedian I like, Kathleen Madigan, and recalled how this is a topic for one of her routines, that I would send him a clip that he could show for 'sensitivity training' or some such. I have bought the dvd and found one of the Sound & Video programs that helped me cut out the relevant minutes. Then, I thought to post to Youtube with a private url to share with him in that fashion: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZkTl2nSJdY

The related part, sort of ironic, I think, is that Youtube almost immediately sent me an email about copyright:
YouTube

Dear rolfep,

Your video "km", may have content that is owned or licensed by Image Entertainment, but its still available on YouTube! In some cases, ads may appear next to it.

This claim is not penalizing your account status. Visit your Copyright Notice page for more details on the policy applied to your video.

Sincerely,

It almost seems like Youtube is intimidating me with allusions to copyright so that I might be more accepting that they make money with the ads attached to my video. :naughty:

It must have been the server going down - which might have been my fault  (I corrected it quickly) That is the most probable Ûber secret... (In short I FUBARED  )
On the positive side: it was not a Mysql error.
And Yes Youtube probably need to pretend that they are very strict in these matters. :-D
And that guy is right...
It is not in the interest of the Artists - it is the business protecting itself and pushing the Artists in front of them as it seems...
