Trouble with the last will and testament!

Trouble with the will!

It was not hard to se that my good friend Joe was furious when he barged into my Office the other day. And it did not take me long to find out why he looked like a thunder cloud. He dumped down on the chair in front of me and looked at me with a look that changed between fury and dis spear in a micro second.
"I need help" he said. I fetched him a glass of water and asked him to tell me what was wrong. He looked at me for a few seconds and started telling me what was wrong:
"You remember that my father died a month ago?" He said. I nodded so he continued: "Well I waited to hear from fathers lawyer who was appointed to take care of his will, when I got a call from the nurse who had nursed my father in hid last month alive."
I could see he was struggling, but after a short brake he continued: "This nurse got a very good and close relationship to my father, but that it was as fantastic as she now claims I would never have believed". "How so?" I asked. "Well she called me a few days ago and told me that my father had written a new testament, the day after my sister and I were in the lawyers office witnessing what we believed to be his final testament. And in this new testament she was to get 1 million of the heritage. I know he had a lot of money and she did a good job, but this is too stupid..." Joe took some deep breaths and looked uncomfortable.
"Tell me exactly what happened". I said. "And take it from the start". "OK. Some weeks before my father passed away, my sister and I were summoned to what he called a family council. Only the three of us and the people from the law firm were present. Mum died some years ago as you know. Well in this council my father told us that he had split the heritage 50/50 between my sister and I, and he did not mention the nurse or others in connection with the heritage." "And when was this?" I asked. "It was about the end of June.... it was Thursday... yes it was thursday the 30th of June. I remember because I was to start on my vacation the next day." "And you saw that the testament was signed there and then?" I asked. Joe nodded before he continued: "I was to get 1 million... But now the nurse says that she was present on a meeting the next day, where my father changed this testament and put here up for 1 million". He looked uncomfortable again. "Have you seen the new testament" I asked. "No but she says she will bring it to the lawyers office and present it there. It apparently is signed and valid and dated to the 31th of June, being the day after we were there." "And now she wants the testament you witnessed to be declared invalid?" I asked. "Not necessarily" Joe answered. "She said that she knew how long these matters can take in case of me disputing this in a court of law, so she would settle for half the amount, If my sister and I would give it to here in cash. Then she would even give us the testament so we could tear it apart."
Joe bent forward in the chair and held his head between his hands. "I am totally confused" he said. "What shall I do?" "You should not do anything" I said, "other than reporting that nurse for a crime." "WHAT?!" Joe looked at me with big eyes. "What...but...what do you mean?" "Think about it" I answered. "This is an obvious scam, and it is fairly easy to prove."
What made me so sure?

(Before reading it I knew it was the butler, but then again, there is no butler :?)
So, shall I just give my answer here? If I do so, I have a criminal mind ? (hmmm, I like that  )

OK, there is no 31 of June. June is only 30 days long.
