Yes almost all the spam has it's origin in China. I think the State owned providers need take it seriously. Sophisticated attacks have also been made against the Norwegian Nobel comity after a Chinese dissident got the peace price. He is imprisoned in China and the Chinese government did not take it well. Making formal protests to the Norwegian government.
