Bill Gates is on a "private" visit at his good old friend Jens Stoltenberg - prime minister of Norway. In front of a zillion cameras in the prime ministers residents. They are to discuss the Gates charity vaccination program. Norway has contributed wit 4.7 Billion NOK so far (800 Million $). All nice people there, helping the less fortunate. The mere detail that Bill Gates always is presented as the Microsoft founder and getting PR for the trademark worth millions is not intended. Nothing like a good charity when you want PR. I presume they are discussing free software to the poor people of Africa too

And why does the world need this? What is the drama? That people produce Co2? Knowing you there must be something really bad in there that I am missing.
Depopulation is a good thing when done by condoms and social reforms so 3. world parents stop seeing a bunch of children as social security.

That's what he's saying he is pro, yes. Watch it, you'll see. What he has in mind has nothing to do with "condoms and social reforms". It has to do with stepping up technology on vaccines, to where we could reduce the population of the earth with them. Sorry, I have absolutely NO respect for Gates.

IMHO he is giving MS to Ballmer because he found some more important that be #1 in the OS business.

I have not taken a Flu shot in so many years. I have not been sick yet. Most of the crap is just an scare tactic.

By the way, how many people got the Swine Flu and the West Nile Virus?
I know was running amok in the USA but I do not know of anybody that had it.

Oh boy - While I am not a great Microsoft fan I will have to defend Bill here. He is not in any way advocating murder. Vaccines will secure the lives of the babies in the third world so the parents do not have to get three more children just to make sure...
That is what Bill Gates is talking about. And the mere fact that the world is overpopulated in regard to production of CO2 (and getting close on food consumption) does make it sensible to depopulate.
I don't think he had concentration camps in mind where they use Vaccine in stead of Cyanide.
There is a lot to be criticized about a "Microsoft founder" getting billions worth of publicity for the trademark doing charity work. In fact Microsoft has a charity program where all employees get 3 days off to help institutions like Red Cross with software etc. -(this is hidden marketing - I do not think they are allowed to implement Linux during those three days - even if it is voluntary). Guess what - the Red Cross is using Windows, probably by coincidence.
The softhearted Microsoft helping the poor is BIG business and Microsoft knows it ! They do not fail to mention their warm hearted nature either.

But stuff like this takes the seriousness out of the criticism - and I am convinced it will only benefit Microsoft.
So for Crying out loud Bill may be bad but he is not a (potential) mass murderer.
