News? Or here? You call it.

Apple tells its workers it's time to 'work different' -- and that means unfair compensation and benefits.
June 28, 2011

On the day Apple celebrated 10 years since opening its first Apple Store, employee Cory Moll announced a campaign to unionize the company’s 30,000-plus retail employees. Moll sent an e-mail to reporters declaring that “the people of Apple are coming together to "‘work different.’” "The core issues definitely involve compensation, pay, benefits," Moll said.

If you want to move this to News, that's fine. I really don't care. I'll delete this part if you do.

I think your placement is fine. I could also do very well without your repeatedly "I don't care" remarks.
You don't care - We have got it. No need to repeat it any more.

Regarding the Issue: It is a strategy used by other European Industrial companies too. It always is labeled as the "better alternative" "The caring company with a better solution - for you" "Experience" and "Uniqueness".
Of course there is nothing unique or special about it. It is just the personal and legal departments making the owners personal interests look like yours.
Most Employees get that, but of course they play along and pretend that the company "experience" is way better.
Some times it is - some times it is not. Clearly the need for anonymity amongst employees when criticizing the internal systems is a sign of disease.
