Has anyone heard from dedanna? She has been quiet for so long that I worry.
Manjaro 64bit on the main box -Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz and nVidia Corporation GT200b [GeForce GTX 275] (rev a1. + Centos on the server - Arch on the laptop.

Just to let you know that I am okay. Found a place to live but am still under-internetted and extremely busy spending time with an international visitor and school. Still am not stable financially. Had to sell the car to get the new place. Mid-terms were okay but now etching up to finals and am way behind. A lot has happened, both very good and bad. Thanks for thinking of me. xoxoxo

Dedanna will be disappearing on you again, FYI. Having some deep issues with a lot of things (homelessness again being only one), and won't be able to be around through them. Take care.

Seems to be a migration to Austin TX, all I know is that Dell, Motorola, Entertainment Industry seems to be leaving California and settling in TX.
Winternals was another company out of Austin. They were the ones that made the ERD for NT/2000K and XP; Textar is in TX the father of PCLOS.
Jessy James did and Adam Curry just to name a few... some is up.
The elite does not leave on a hunch....

Well, he didn't really. I was already well burned out last quarter. Being homeless for over the first half of it really sucked. Rarely was there ever a place I could study, which is why I didn't do anywhere near as well for the quarter as I'd hoped I would. Sometimes you do all you can, and it still isn't enough.
However, thought I'd share for what may very well be my last post here for this quarter - school is much more grueling this quarter - here is the hunk and I our first night when he got here.
I think we make a fine couple, and oh, goddamn, that beer was GOOD. Killer Penguin and Lips of Faith Prickly Passion (left to right in the pic). We had a blast the whole time he was here.
Next time, I go there, although he does want to come back sometime this year (hopefully this time, at vacation time for me from school).
I am on my netbook right now so can't really tell if this goes over the image size limit, so if it does, feel free to spoiler it.

P.S.: I didn't lose the place I got when I got out of the shelter like I thought I would. In fact, now I'm able to pay up months ahead of time. My general assistance started finally (not much every month, but it's an income until disability starts), that with the financial aid for school, and I'm okay. I wish for a better place, but it's a start.
