Insofar as other modes of communication go, there's a beef I have on my I.M., and I'd like for you all to please consider it. Yes, I'm almost always in away mode, but that is mostly because I'm working, and work a lot of hours. It's also so I can filter messages after I get home from work, so yes, you can go ahead and message me when I'm in away.

BUT, when I'm in busy mode, it's for a reason. It means I'M BUSY, and there is A REASON FOR IT. Generally (but not always), I'm messing with some heavy stystem stuff, and you could very well hose me (for which I'll delete you from my contact list immediately for). Please be patient. It may be a few hours, or minutes. Keep in mind you're not the only one I talk to on I.M., I do other things online (such as IRC, downloads to get a system running, email, surfing, moderating a forum, etc.) and I prefer not to be messaged when I'm in busy mode.

You are more than welcome to add me to your MSN Messenger (after notifying me in p.m. here first), but do not abuse me on it.
