DJL

A nice game installer written in python.

http://en.djl-linux.org/

Also available in some repositories, including Mandriva's.

It also has descriptions, screenshots and links to websites for most of them. Currently 122 games.
It flawlessly installed some games I had been having trouble with - no dependency issues. Everything gets installed to a folder in you home directory and is also easily removed.
Past experience demonstrates best method to tighten bolts is to use appropriate size spanners.

It's not in the Fedora repos that I can find, but I downloaded it from the site, and will give it a go soon as I can. :)

DJL is in the yaourt/AUR now:

Code: Select all

yaourt steam
1 aur/djl 1.2.20-1 (131)
A game manager inspired by Steam from Valve software which makes it possible via a repository to download, install and remove a reasonable number of
    games.
